ABOUT THE TEAM

You will be working along 3rd party support companies and our Logistics and Systems Director who is currently managing all IT work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

-Provide direct support or by working with the external partners, for the hardware, software and connectivity problems to promptly resolve user issues

-Support multiple systems and applications of medium to high complexity

-Escalate incidents where necessary, acting as a central point of contact between problem, change and configuration management to aid the resolution of incidents with efficiency

-Liaise with external support when vital to provide regular maintenance of hardware and required upgrades

-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

-Perform end-user administration tasks across all company’s systems, Office 365 and third- party tools and connectors

-Maintain, monitor, improve, develop and support the IT infrastructure and systems

-Prioritize and coordinate multiple initiatives and projects

-Source cost-effective hardware and software when required

-Work with the Systems Director to plan and implement a mid-to-long term IT strategy to improve the use of hardware and software as well as define, document and maintain IT security policies across all business areas

-Perform a wide variety of general IT work including production of relevant documentation and manuals, conducting compliance tests and keeping appropriate records

ABOUT YOU

-A fluent level in English and interpersonal skills are essential

-Prior experience of technical support of medium size network environments and working with a 3rd parties’ IT contracts is essential

-Technical expertise of Microsoft cloud solutions including Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Skype for Business and One Drive for Business) is essential

-Sound knowledge of general Windows Server technologies troubleshooting, configuration and software installation is essential

-A good understanding of network technologies and the fundamentals of networking (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP) is essential

-Experience of windows servers, virtualization, switches, routers, firewalls would be beneficial

-Ability to work with minimum supervision is essential

-Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users at all levels is essential

ABOUT THE TEAM

The finance team consists of 6 people covering Finance, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across retail and wholesale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

-To produce timely and accurate financial and management information to enable the senior management team to make informed business decisions.

-Maintain the reliability and accuracy of the financial and management information that is reported to the business.

-Business partnering and analytical accounting support for relevant the budget holders of the business.

-Preparing monthly management accounts for the wholesale and retail entities, including consolidation. Full ownership and reconciliation of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements and supporting schedules.

-Posting monthly journals including accruals.

-Monthly stock reconciliation.

-Preparing budgets and forecasts for budget holders alongside the Financial Planning Analyst.

-Preparation of monthly P&L commentary including variance analysis for each department within the Business Unit.

-Preparation of a management accounts pack which can be presented to the senior management team.

-Assist the Financial Accountant with statutory reporting and the audit process.

-Ad-hoc project work (c.20-30% of role).

Our Aftersales team is made up of 2 people supporting the wholesale operation across all fronts. We act as the mid-point between the customer and the wholesale team in order to provide a quality service on both sides. The work stretches from daily orders and returns processing to maintaining databases and updating our selling platforms.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer service related queries

-Processing orders and returns into our ERP system

-Regularly update the selling platforms database

-Generating line-sheets for clients as well as our own sales representatives

-Handling internal ad-hoc requests such as checking inventory or running brief reports
