About The Team

We are looking for a bold and innovative Head of Marketing who is up to date on current trends and contemporary market movement to lead our creative team in all Linda Farrows internal and external communications.

 

Our team covers traditional marketing, PR, creative graphics and photography in addition to having a strong emphasis on social media, and our overall aim is to generate press coverage, VIP dressing opportunities, event planning and execution in order to increase visibility and awareness about the brand.

 

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a strategic and comprehensive communications plan, ensuring that a coherent message runs through all Linda Farrow communications, including the website and social media, publications, media, PR and internal communications. Day to day, the role will then deliver key communications activities, working with the MD and fellow heads of department. Overseeing all marketing Developing and delivering the communications strategy Developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy (including digital content creation and management) Particular focus on driving social media (including increasing social media led sales) Project/Event Managing (campaign shoots, videos, store events etc.) Manage and update marketing calendar on a daily basis, informing team of all relevant updates. Monitor fashion and luxury industry activity and identify appropriate events and sponsorship opportunities. Guide directive of VIP outreach, assessing the brand’s target list on a regular basis and steering outreach to include international opportunities. Lead planning of Press presentations and showroom press appointments

 

About You

Proven success in a similar previous role, ideally within a luxury fashion background. A good knowledge of marketing practices, the media, retail and the fashion and luxury industries. Established relationships with publishers and media amongst the brand's target media. An ability to manage team members. Strong organizational skills as well as an ability to meet deadlines

The Ecommerce team consists of three digitally minded people. We cover the full digital suite from UX and UI through product merchandising, spanning digital marketing channels to customer support and online logistics.  We also have a wider team of fantastic external agencies that help us create an innovative digital experience for our Linda Farrow customers.

 

About The Role

We have ambitious plans to grow both our own stores and ecommerce over the next 5 years and are looking to appoint an experienced Ecommerce Manager to help us achieve our goals.

 

Working with our Commercial Director to deliver a global ecommerce strategy working alongside our off-line and wholesale activity. Responsibilities include:

 

Lead the Linda Farrow digital experience alongside the Commercial Manager and Head of Marketing covering: acquisition and online marketing, website conversion, customer service and order fulfilment Full ownership of the ecommerce platform: setting and delivering the roadmap for the channel, ensuring it is maintained and optimised to drive conversion and revenue Management of marketing channels based on the marketing strategy: Email, CRM, SEO Working closely alongside our Head of Marketing and Head of PR along with third party agencies to ensure channels are fully optimised and deliver growth in line with the rest of the channel mix End to end responsibility for the online trading and marketing calendar including strategy, planning and execution Working closely alongside the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director to ensure the online channel aligns with overall business goals and brand/comms strategy Working closely alongside the IT, Systems and Logistics Director to improve and ensure our website and fulfilment infrastructure and processes complies with wider industry standards Working closely alongside the Merchandising Manager to ensure online product offer is best-optimised and in-line with wider Buying and Merchandising strategy across the business Accountable for relationship and delivery of agencies and third party suppliers (platform provider, hosting provider, online marketing consultant, etc) Advising the online budgets (development, fulfilment, support, content) Managing the budgets and ensuring the department operates within them Ownership of the web analytics suite: ensuring data is accurate and well maintained and used to drive decision-making for the online channel Leading a team of two and ensuring the team stays up-to-date with latest industry trends/news/best practice and applies this where relevant to Linda Farrow

 

About You

Commercially minded A proven and positive team leader who works well with peers eCommerce experience: minimum 4 years in retail ecommerce ideally in a luxury fashion background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, conversion metrics and budget Excellent working knowledge of Shopify ecommerce platform Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret volume data Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and work to a deadline Good knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, organic and paid search, SEO and affiliates Proven experience in reporting and analysis in order to make informed marketing decisions and drive initiatives Experience of managing agencies Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external business teams Proven record of SEO strategy and implementation

ABOUT THE TEAM

Having launched in Selfridges in 2013, our concession has gone from strength to strength. We are now looking for a motivated and experiences senior sales associate to drive sales and the customer experience in store to build on previous successes. This role would be perfect for someone with experience in high end high street looking to make the move into a luxury market, who wants to work in Selfridges on the newly renovated ground floor.

About The Role

You will be responsible for improving and maintaining the Linda Farrow office environment and all general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently.

 

Liaise with contractors, landlord, utilities, cleaners, alarm company and key holders Responsible for all company card payments working with the Finance team on improving procedures, budget and reporting. About You
