Returns Policy

*Please note return requests will be honoured through the festive period. Please submit a [return request form] or [contact us form] to inform what you'd like to return and we will honour this request upon our return to normal office hours Jan 2nd. 

It is important to us at LINDA FARROW that you are happy with your online purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can return it to us within 14 days of your delivered order. You must submit a return request form OR simply email us to request return. Our team will receive and reply confirmation of your requested return date. Your order must be returned back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date. 

*Please note this does not include items purchased at our sample sale (a private sale event).

Items being returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. If received in an unsuitable condition, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team.

Please note any orders with gifts that are returned will need to return the entirety of order in original condition, inclusive of gift

Instructions to Return your Item:

- Log into your account in the top right corner of the page

- Visit your order history and select the order you wish to return

- Follow on-screen instructions to initiate your return request

- You will be issued a return ID number on screen and via email

- On the enclosed invoice tick the items you are returning

- Enter your return ID on the returns form

- If you have checked out as a guest, please request a return by contacting our Customer Service team

Linda Farrow’s return service is trackable and hassle free, so you can follow the journey of your parcel the entire time.

Return shipments are charged at a reduced rate:

United Kingdom - free of charge

European Union - €10

United States - free of charge

International - $20

Please note that returns that contain more than two items might face an additional charge in accordance with shipment weight.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 1-2 business days, to ensure that your return or exchange can be completed as quickly as possible. As soon as your return is processed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Any refund will be issued to the card or the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation.
If you paid by card, please be advised that refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear on your account. PayPal refunds should appear within your account immediately.

You may also exchange an item/frame for an item of the same price.

请注意欧盟或美国之外的顾客需要自己支付当地的进口税,因此国际商店的所有售价均为免税价。出于法律条例的考虑,Linda Farrow不会为顾客提供与商品售价不同的收据,也不具备义务配合顾客避免当地的税收。

Linda Farrow所有商品均由英国发货,注意到达海关需要向有关部门申报进行清关。收货人会收到DHL在中国当地合作伙伴的通知,提供需要的资料,进行清关。中国的进口货物的一般税率为17%, 具体的税收由货物的种类为准,会有调整。

包裹到达时间因地点和价格不同会有变化,到达海关后清关的过程也许会产生延迟,时间也许会比预期长,同时也请准备好需要提供的资料。

退货须知

Linda Farrow衷心的希望您对我们的产品百分之百满意,因此对收到货物不满意,可以在14天之内附上收据,进行全款退货。请注意Linda Farrow暂时不提供退货服务,因此顾客需要自行选择邮寄方式,请告知我们您的订单号和详细资料。Linda Farrow对货物在退货过程中的丢失和损坏不承担责任,所以请你选择挂号或追踪的邮寄方式。所有货物寄回时必须保持原样,我们会对产品进行检查,不符合的货物予以退回。

退货的过程很简单,在把货物寄回前,登陆你的的Linda Farrow账号,在右上角选择“RMA”(退货管理),.通过这个区域找到退货号,接下来我们将告知你具体步骤。

一般情况下,我们会在7日之内收到您的退货,具体时间由寄送方式决定。一旦我们收到退货,会尽快在1至2天之内完成货品检查,在确保货物保持原状之后,我们会向你发送邮件告知退货成功。退款金额会自动返回到您的付款银行卡上,您会再收到一封邮件确认退款成功。
